Edible agricultural product qualification certificate refers to the quality and safety commitment certificate issued by the producer of edible agricultural products in accordance with national laws and regulations, mandatory standards for agricultural product quality and safety, and on the basis of strict implementation of existing agricultural product quality and safety control requirements, for the sold edible agricultural products. The content of the certificate of conformity should at least include the name of the edible agricultural product, quantity (weight), information of the planting and breeding producer (name, place of origin, contact information), issuance date, commitment statement, etc. The commitment includes not using prohibited and restricted pesticides, veterinary drugs, and illegal additives, complying with the regulations on pesticide safety intervals and veterinary drug discontinuation periods, selling edible agricultural products that comply with mandatory food safety standards for pesticide and veterinary drug residues, and being responsible for product quality and safety, as well as the authenticity of the certificate of conformity.
